Ferrell Hospital Auction for Hope Raises Money to Support Oncology Patients

ELDORADO, IL – Ferrell Hospital proudly announces the success of the 2024 Auction for Hope, held last month at Star Church in Eldorado, which raised an impressive $16,246 to support Chemo Buddies. This year’s fundraiser will help expand oncology patient services through a new partnership, offering access to counseling, nutrition guidance, mindfulness practices, exercise programs and other enriching resources.

The event, hosted in collaboration with Star Church Women’s Ministries, drew strong community support, with 100% of the funds going directly to Chemo Buddies to enhance the lives of local cancer patients.

“We are incredibly grateful for the generosity and compassion shown by our community,” Ferrell Hospital CEO Tony Keene said. “Through this collaboration, we can provide vital enrichment services that empower oncology patients on their journey to healing and hope.”

The Auction for Hope continues to serve as a meaningful way to support patients and families in need while strengthening the partnership between Ferrell Hospital and local organizations.
