Job Shadowing
Ferrell Hospital offers the opportunity for high school and college students to job shadow in different hospital departments. This is a great chance to make sure the field you're seeking employment in is right for you.
Students are defined as a college or university student enrolled in an approved class program and supervised by a program clinical instructor or preceptor. Students may also be a high school student, 16 years of age or older, that would like to shadow in a hospital environment for a maximum total of 16 hours.
Participants can job shadow anywhere in the hospital as long as the manager approves and policies are followed, like being up to date on required vaccinations.
